This is the story of how I woke up one day and decided I wanted to run from the Pacific to the Atlantic coast of Panama to raise money for Charity. 

I’ve spent a year training for the hardest physical and emotional challenge of my life. The blogs are below (start at the bottom) and I will try and write a new one regularly, mostly to keep me busy and out of trouble. They are an honest record of this journey ranging from buying my first snake protection for my ankles to my first marathon and everything in between.
